SHIPPING AND HANDLING COST: The following chart displays the amount that will be added for all orders shipped in the USA.
USPS Priority Mail and Fed Ex shipments include tracking and insurance. USPS First Class shipments includes tracking but no insurance. Items shipped without insurance will not be replaced if lost or damaged in the mail or stolen after the package is delivered. Insurance for USPS Priority Mail and Fed Ex shipments covers items lost or damaged in mail. It does not cover items stolen after package is delivered. Please try to ship to a location where someone is available to accept the package.
If you need an order shipped to an International destination or with a guaranteed delivery date (Express) please contact us by email of phone.

Terms and Conditions
Please review the following terms and conditions that govern your use and purchase of products from our site. Your use of our site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms of Conditions.
LEAD TIME: Most orders are shipped the following business day. Please allow additional time for large orders, orders placed during busy seasons, or orders placed at wholesale trade shows. Intransit time is 1-3 days for most shipments. If you need an order shipped over night or with a guaranteed delivery date please contact us by email or phone.
PAYMENT TERMS: Our online checkout offers a variety of payment options.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We are unable to accommodate international orders at this time but will add that service in the near future.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING COST: All US orders are shipped by Fed Ex ground or USPS Priority Mail. We do not ship by C.O.D.
RETURNS: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item within 15 days of the date of invoice. All Sale or Discontinued Items are not returnable. Items must be returned in original condition, unused and with all original tags attached. No returns are accepted without prior authorization and must be received no later than 15 days from date of invoice. We will either provide a replacement item or in-house credit. Unless an error is due to a mistake by North Coast Bitches and Belles, or our manufacturer Dog in the Closet, all original shipping charges are non-refundable. Additional shipping charges will apply to exchanges. All Rhinestone Tees are custom made when ordered and subject to a 50% restocking fee. Upon authorization, returns must be shipped freight prepaid. We will not accept returns sent back C.O.D. We are not responsible for any returned packages lost in shipping. For your protection, we suggest you send your return via UPS, Fed Ex or by USPS with insurance and delivery confirmation.
CLAIMS: Claims for breakage or damages occurring during shipping must be made to the carrier. We, the shipper, cannot file a claim for you. We will be happy to assist you with further information if needed in filing a claim.
COPYRIGHT: The entire content included in this site, including but not limited to text, graphics or code is copyrighted as a collective work under the United States and other copyright laws, and is the property of North Coast Bitches and Belles. Permission is granted to electronically copy and print hard copy portions of this site for the sole purpose of placing an order with North Coast Bitches and Belles. Any other use, including but not limited to the reproduction, distribution, display or transmission of the content of this site is strictly prohibited, unless authorized.
TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS: In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. We further reserve the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
MERCHANDISE AVAILABILITY: Merchandise available on our website is not guaranteed as it may be low in stock. If merchandise is not available by the time your order processes, we will notify you of this via e-mail or phone. You can always verify availability by calling 440-724-5166.
LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES: This site may include links to other Internet sites maintained by third parties. North Coast Bitches and Belles provides linked sites to you solely as a convenience. INDEMNIFICATION: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless North Coast Bitches and Belles from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account.
WARRANTY: North Coast Bitches and Belles warrants to the original retail purchaser that the merchandise will be free from defects in material and workmanship at time of purchase. Should the merchandise prove defective, North Coast Bitches and Belles will, at its option replace, the merchandise when returned. We must be given written notice for any such claimed defects promptly, and merchandise is to be submitted freight prepaid for examination. We shall not have any responsibility or liability for damages in shipment or that arising from accidents, abuse, or improper use of the goods or merchandise. Pets should be properly supervised while wearing or using any of our products.
